With backgrounds spanning innovation, blending, commercial strategy and brand building, each person plays a vital role in shaping what we do. From finding remarkable parcels of spirit to sharing the stories, flavours and experiences that bring each release to life, we are a hands on team with a clear vision. We are here to bottle whisky with soul, purpose and originality.

Jamie
Founded Kilninian Drinks Co after a decade with major names like Douglas Laing & Co., Marblehead, and Barwell & Jones where he elevated brands like Old Particular and introduced Dictador Rum and Bache Gabrielsen Cognac to the UK market.

Calum
Since entering the whisky industry in 2016 and launching one of the UK's first whisky subscription services, Calum has created and launched four award-winning brands including PeatReekers, Spearhead Whisky and Noble Rebel Malts.

John
With 20+ years in the whisky industry, starting from a BSc (Hons) in Brewing and Distilling, John progressed from analyst at Diageo to Site Ops Manager and then worked on Tullibardine distillery's redevelopment. He now heads up Torrance Premium Spirits Co.

Connor
Growing up in Speyside, Connor developed an appreciation for Scotch early on. While completing his Master’s, he met Jamie and joined Kilninian, his first professional step into the industry. He now works on sales and marketing, shaping the brand’s voice and growing its UK presence.

Ross
With nearly a decade in the whisky industry, Ross brings expertise in supply chain, logistics, and production. He started in hospitality with whisky and wine before moving into hands-on roles from cask management to export logistics. Ross now manages our supply chain and ensures every stage – from cask to glass – is seamless.

Rebekah
Rebekah’s passion for the whisky industry blossomed when she started working part-time as a Distillery Ambassador for Glengoyne Distillery. Fast forward 6 years and she joined the team at Living Souls to help with everything from supply-chain to brand ambassadorship. If you see her at any whisky festivals make sure to say hi!
